Zoom Focus Mode is a feature that helps students focus on what they are learning, whether it is online lessons or not. If you enable this mode, only the meeting participants will be able to see the Meeting host and no other participants. Participants will only see the host, co-host, and participants spotlighted by the host. But names, feedback, or reactions of other participants will be visible, and their voices if they unmuted.
To use Focus Mode, you need to be a Meeting admin or Host. Window or MacOS Zoom Desktop Version 5.7.3 or above is a must. Participants on older client versions are still affected by Focus mode. The key is the meeting host must have the recommended Desktop Client Version.
Here are the steps to enable the Focus Mode.

(2) Go to Profile Page from My Account on the top right corner.
(3) Choose Setting in Profile Page.
(4) Tap In Meeting (Advanced) in Setting.
(5) Scroll down till you find the Focus Mode and enable it.
Once you enable the Focus Mode in Setting, you can turn it on and off in Meeting Screen from More, Start Focus Mode. As soon as Focus Mode is started, participants will be notified with a banner and see a Focus Mode icon in the upper left corner.
