MPT, Myanmar’s leading telecommunications operator, has introduced an exciting new “Lucky and Happy Prizes” promotion for the new year, as a way of thanking its long-standing customers.
To mark the 10th anniversary of the MPT-KSGM partnership, MPT ran its “10th Anniversary Cash Bag” program from July to September 2024, successfully rewarding customers with prizes totaling up to 400 million kyats along with other prizes in its first round. Given the strong response and satisfaction from customers through that program, MPT is now introducing a second round of the promotion — the “Lucky and Happy Prizes” program — once again offering prizes worth up to 400 million kyats along with telecom rewards.

All MPT customers can take part in the program. Customers will receive lucky draw entries by purchasing their preferred packages (SMS, voice, data, add-on services, etc.) through any channel of their choice. The more packages purchased, the more entries received, and the higher the chances of winning.
Customers can also enter the “Lucky and Happy Prizes” draw by registering for the monthly Special Flash promotion, free of charge, by dialing *5555#. After registering, on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month, customers can win:
- Cashback of up to 5555%
- 5 lucky draw entries for cash prizes
- Up to 200 MPT Club points

The prize ceremony for the remaining winners of MPT’s “10th Anniversary Cash Bag” program was held at the Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications Training School, where prizes were presented to winners including the grand prize winner of 100 million kyats from Magway Region, three winners of 10 million kyats from Yangon Region, and a winner of 2.5 kyat-weight gold from Mandalay Region.
