The launch of the HUAWEI WATCH D2 introduces the world’s first wrist-worn 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) device to be recognized by both the NMPA and MDR. It marks a significant step forward in wearable technology and reflects Huawei’s commitment to its “Health Forward” vision.

The watch delivers accurate 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and includes the HUAWEI TruSense system for faster, more precise results.

On the blood pressure technology side, Huawei has maintained long-term partnerships with hypertension specialists worldwide, including Professor George S. Stergiou, President-Elect of the International Society of Hypertension, and Professor Wang Jiguang, Chairman of the Chinese Hypertension League, and has spent over nine years researching and developing its blood pressure technology.

The HUAWEI WATCH D2 combines a compact mechanical airbag with a 1.82-inch screen in a lightweight, slim design. Compared to the bulk of traditional upper-arm electronic blood pressure monitors, the HUAWEI WATCH D2 is roughly 1/5 the width and 1/25 the volume, making it easy to take blood pressure readings anywhere.

Available in Black and Gold, the watch features a sweat-resistant, skin-friendly soft TPU rubber strap for comfortable all-day wear.

For added convenience, the watch is compatible with both iOS and Android phones.

24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring with the HUAWEI WATCH D2

The HUAWEI WATCH D2 delivers 24-hour blood pressure monitoring right on your wrist. It uses an essential airbag for blood pressure checks, taking readings at set regular intervals, with automatic notifications during the day and sleep blood pressure monitoring at night. It supports readings under a variety of conditions and can be used in the morning, afternoon, while sleeping, or during other activities.

With a single tap, HUAWEI WATCH D2 users can measure up to 9 body indicators and generate a Health Glance report. It brings health management right to users’ wrists by measuring beat-by-beat ECG analysis, SpO2 monitoring, pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, heart rate, stress levels, and skin temperature to help identify potential health risks.

With a single measurement, users can check up to 9 body indicators and generate a Health Glance report to help identify possible health risks. These include heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, body temperature, ECG, vascular elasticity, pulse wave arrhythmia, and sleep breathing awareness monitoring. The HUAWEI WATCH D2 is the first smartwatch capable of blood pressure analysis within Huawei’s Health Glance feature.

To support blood pressure management, the watch also brings features like daily tracking of exercise, diet, sleep, weight, and stress, along with over 80 workout modes, to help users develop healthier lifestyle habits.
