ATOM Secures Great Place to Work® Certification in Myanmar for the Second Consecutive Year
ATOM, Myanmar’s leading 4.5G VoLTE telecom provider, is proud to celebrate a major milestone in receiving a Great Place to Work® recognition for the second consecutive year in 2025. The continued achievement reflects the trust and confidence of the employees, with 99% participation and an impressive 89% overall satisfaction score. The rating also affirms ATOM’s dedication to cultivate an inclusive, engaging culture and prioritising meaningful employee’s enrichment.
The latest survey results demonstrate significant growth from ATOM’s 2024-2025 Great Place to Work® recognition, where 98% employee participation generated an 85% satisfaction score. Building on this initial recognition, ATOM achieved a significant increase in participation and a 4% jump in satisfaction score for 2025-2026. This sustained growth highlights ATOM’s positive and consistent organizational values that empower employees to feel trusted, motivated, and engaged.
