Ooredoo Myanmar organizes Regional Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile and Casual Game Competitions as Road to Gameverse Champion League
Ooredoo Myanmar is hosting a series of regional esports competitions, featuring Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and PUBG Mobile and casual games, as part of the lead-up to the “Gamerverse Champion League” which will offer a prize pool of 32 Million Kyats. These regional tournaments will provide an exciting platform for aspiring players to showcase their talents and compete for a chance to participate in the grand championship event, which aim to discover and promote emerging eSports stars across Myanmar.

Regional competitions come with the total price pool of over 16 Million Kyats, with 4.2 Million Kyats for each event. First stage is qualifier competitors, and following that, winners will compete in on-stage regional grand final events as scheduled below.
Regional Qualifier Schedule
- Yangon Qualifier – November 15th – 16th
- Taunggyi Qualifier – November 20th
- Pathein Qualifier – November 27th Regional
Regional Grand Final Schedule
- Yangon Final – November 17th at Myanmar Plaza
- Taunggyi Final – November 24th at City Square Shopping Mall
- Pathein Final – December 1st at Royal Lake Amusement Park
The Gamerverse Regional 2024 Mandalay Grand Final was completed on 10th November 2024, with champion teams emerging in both MLBB and PUBG Mobile. It was the largest amateur and semi-pro eSports MLBB and PUBG Mobile event in Mandalay since 2020. The winners from each regional tournament will be invited to compete in a grand final event “Gamerverse Champion League” in Yangon, with more details to be announced in the coming weeks.
