PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) 2025 Grandly Held in Bangkok, Thailand – Alpha7 Esports Crowned World Champions
The globally renowned mobile game PUBG MOBILE has grandly hosted its largest worldwide event, the 2025 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC), in Bangkok, Thailand. The month-long tournament featured intense esports competition, cultural showcases, artistic performances, and thrilling fan experiences across the city. After the Grand Finals, Alpha7 Esports rightfully claimed the world championship trophy.
The top 16 teams from around the world battled fiercely at Siam Paragon for the championship title, trophy, and a prize pool of $3 million. The Grand Finals, held from December 12 to 14 over three days, delivered breathtaking matches alongside traditional Thai Muay Thai fights, live performances by Thailand’s top T-pop stars and artists including BamBam, MILLI, PAPER PLANES, MEAN Band, BUS (because of you i shine), Butterbear, Teams BOB, and G1N3, earning massive support from the audience. After intense competition, Alpha7 Esports won the championship with 142 points, while ULF Esports took second place and Alpha Gaming secured third.

For the victorious Alpha7 Esports team, PUBG Mobile partnered with BALENCIAGA to present exclusive BALENCIAGA Champion Jackets custom-made for the champions. Additionally, TOP from Alpha Gaming, recognized for his outstanding performance throughout the tournament, was awarded the 2025 PMGC Grand Finals MVP title along with a brand-new Porsche Cayenne car in partnership with PUBG UNITED.
PUBG Mobile Producer Rick Li shared exciting updates during the event, announcing a historic collaboration with Ferrari and its world-famous Formula 1 team Scuderia Ferrari HP starting in 2026. He also revealed upcoming major game modes and innovations for 2026, including the 10-minute Quick BR mode — a fast-paced, high-intensity battle format designed to test players’ skills — which will launch in beta next year.

Furthermore, to recognize the incredible creativity and ongoing support from the World of Wonder (WOW) community, Rick Li announced that $10 million in prizes will be distributed to users within the WOW ecosystem in 2026.

The first-ever Influencer Gala anniversary event also took place, where Myanmar’s representative DGR LEVI won both the Most Popular Influencer Award and Most Creative Influencer Award with the highest votes.
