Real people, real connections: Rakuten Viber announces waitlist for its new in-app dating service
Rakuten Viber today announced that users in Myanmar can now join a waitlist for early access to Viber Dating, the exciting new feature that expands the Viber super app ecosystem by helping users build safe and secure connections while seeking relationships.
Once Viber Dating is live, users can create their dating profiles by completing a simple registration form. Once their profile is active, they can instantly browse, connect, and explore matches right within the Viber app, all while knowing their privacy is protected. Their dating profile is completely separate from their primary Viber profile, and their phone number remains hidden within Viber Dating at all times.

To join the waitlist for Viber Dating, users with the latest version of the Viber app can tap the ‘More’ option, represented by three dots at the bottom of the Viber screen. Under ‘Viber Dating Beta,’ they will see their profile photo, where they can click and select ‘Join Waitlist.’ By
joining, they will be among the first in Myanmar to try Viber Dating when it launches fully in just a few weeks.
