The bestselling brand new Sedan Suzuki Ciaz upgraded model has been introduced in Myanmar
Suzuki (Myanmar) Motor Company Limited introduced a new upgraded model Suzuki Ciaz, one of the bestselling Sedan Car which is being manufactured in Myanmar with Japanese Technology.
The first Suzuki Ciaz motor was manufactured in Myanmar since 2007, February at Suzuki Factory in South Dagon Industrial Zone, and sold a total of 1,050 units that year. The factory was then shifted to Thilawa Industrial Zone for further sales. According to the record of Suzuki (Myanmar) Motor Company Limited, the sales of the Suzuki Ciaz totaled 4.123 units through 2018, and 3,838 units by the end of 2019.

The Managing Director of Suzuki (Myanmar) Motor Company Limited, Mr. Keiichi Asano said “Suzuki Ciaz is the bestselling car in Myanmar and these cars are manufacture according to the Japanese standards. As a result, we have sold a total of 9,559 units to our customers. Now, the new upgraded model Suzuki Ciaz, the new symbol of beauty with a gorgeous design is now published followed by the motto “New Icon of Glory.”
Mr. Asano also added, “We strongly believe that the new model Suzuki Ciaz will get a strong demand in Myanmar like other bestselling models.”
The most notable changes to the new Suzuki Ciaz are:
- The rear Grill of the car has been redesigned
- Decorating the car’s lantern with Chrome to make more appealing
- Replacing the headlamps with white LEDs to give a beautiful and modern experience
- Setting Chrome up around the back of the backlights to make it more attractive
- Installing Touch Panel Audio device which can connect with a smartphone

The upgraded Suzuki Ciaz is available in three colors, Pure White Pearl, Dignity Brown Pearl Metallic, and Super Black Pearl and made in Thilawa Special Economic Zone like Suzuki’s popular Ertiga and Swift car models.
Starting from June 15, it is now available to purchase at a total of 56 Suzuki’s official automobile showrooms across Myanmar at an affordable price, 28,200,000 MMK.
In addition, customers who want to purchase new Suzuki cars are offered through official dealerships, using “AYA Super Suzuki Finance” of AYA Bank and “CB-Suzuki Easy Finance” of CB Bank with 10% annual interest rate without any commission and service fees.

Mr. Asano also added that “Suzuki focuses on the health and safety of customers, and all its automobile showrooms are prepared in accordance with the COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and Sports.”
