MPT Marks 15th Blood Donation Drive with Participation from 320 Employees Across 7 States and Regions
MPT successfully conducted its 15th blood donation activity, reaffirming its commitment to saving lives and supporting healthcare needs
across Myanmar. This initiative, organized in collaboration with MPT employees and dedicated volunteers, took place across 7 States & Regions, with 320 blood donors contributing to hospitals and blood centers across nationwide. The donation drive was

MPT’s Ongoing Commitment to Life-Saving Blood Donations Blood donation plays a crucial role in emergency medical care and saving lives, and MPT has been at the forefront of this noble cause since 2016. To date, MPT has contributed over 8,500 bags of blood to hospitals and blood banks across Myanmar, addressing urgent transfusion needs.
Mr. Naoki Shimane, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of MPT-KSGM Joint Operations, said, “We are proud to host this recurring blood donation activity every four months, reinforcing our dedication to social responsibility. We sincerely thank all employees and volunteers
across the states & regions for their unwavering support. We encourage continued participation in future blood donation drives as we strive to create a positive impact in our communities.”
One of MPT’s long-time volunteers, U Kyaw Maung Maung, shared his heartfelt experience: “As a dedicated donor, I have participated in MPT’s blood donation drives from the very beginning, and this marks my 15th contribution. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to support this life-saving initiative, and I deeply appreciate the organizers for making this event possible.” Beyond providing nationwide telecom services, MPT remains committed to driving social impact through meaningful CSR initiatives.
