The program is set to unfold over an estimated 18-month period, beginning with Enterprise Business Customer (B2B) capabilities and gradually expanding to Retail Business Customer (B2C) services. During this time, ATOM’s cross-functional teams will work in close coordination with ZTE to ensure successful implementation, supported by a fully integrated, modular BSS platform aligned with international best practices.
