Copperbrains introduces eBOT, a new e-commerce solution based on Facebook Messenger for SMEs in Myanmar

After the successful development of the first eBOT in Myanmar for myanpwel.com 2 years ago, Copperbrains have quickly seen the potential of Facebook Messenger related eCommerce. An easy setup solution connects the enterprise directly to its Facebook page and then brings it into the eCommerce market. Moreover, unlike other international solutions, eBOT is also compatible with local payment methods so customers can not only pay using their VISA or Mastercards but also by vastly popular mobile wallets. The launch was initially planned for November 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team has decided to fast forward a first version of the eBOT earlier.

Moreover, the founders offer a one month fee’s waiver for everyone who subscribes for the first time, allowing businesses to compare their sales before and after implementation of the novel payment solution. After the initial period,  each transaction conducted via eBOT will be charged 15% of the product or service fee only.
