DXOMARK, which recognizes the best smartphone features of the year through its DXOMARK Awards 2023, has announced that the HUAWEI P60 Pro has taken first place with the highest overall score in the DXOMARK Smartphone Camera Ranking. The HUAWEI P60 Pro also recently received the Best Photo Smartphone award at the TIPA Awards 2023.
DXOMARK is a recognized organization that scores and ranks cameras and camera components. Its testing is based on a wide range of scientific measurements and is widely recognized by experts. According to its latest analysis, the HUAWEI P60 Pro scored a total of 156 points for its camera performance.

The HUAWEI P60 Pro is proof that Huawei continues to innovate in imaging technology. One of the most interesting things about the HUAWEI P60 Pro is its focus on light, which is where the name “Ultra Lighting Camera” comes from. Its main camera is equipped with large-aperture, high-transmittance lens groups and an RYYB SuperSensing sensor, allowing it to capture detailed images even in the dark.
The HUAWEI P60 Pro has also achieved groundbreaking results in telephoto photography. To solve the insufficient-light problem commonly seen in the telephoto cameras of many flagship smartphones, the HUAWEI P60 Pro’s telephoto camera includes Ultra Lighting lenses that help it perform well in low-light conditions and at night.
The HUAWEI P60 Pro’s Super Moon scene mode is also one of its notable camera features. This feature is ideal for photographers who find it difficult to shoot with smartphone cameras at night. The good news for the HUAWEI P60 Pro is that moon photos can now be easily captured with just a single tap of the shutter.
The HUAWEI P60 Pro also includes macro photography and adds Long Travel Slide Zoom lenses, making it easy to fine-tune the zoom range. Its telephoto camera keeps distant subjects sharp and clear when shooting close-up shots of far-away objects.

The engineers behind the HUAWEI P60 Pro built it with XD Fusion Pro algorithms featuring the latest Texture Engine, designed to match objects as they appear in real life. When photographing everyday items made from different materials, such as jewelry or glass accessories, the Texture Engine uses information generated by a Deep Neural Network built with AI machine learning to produce photos with consistent, accurate detail.
The HUAWEI P60 Pro has a 13MP wide-angle selfie camera with an F2.4 aperture that can shoot 4K video. As with its predecessors, the HUAWEI P60 Pro’s front camera can capture sharp, clear, and detailed images with accurate focus.
Ever since previous HUAWEI P Series cameras introduced multi-camera fusion technology and led the way into the dual-camera era, the HUAWEI P Series has been at the forefront of mobile photography development. With each generation of the P Series, Huawei has continued to impress with its consistently innovative technology. Photographers and users in Myanmar will get to see the HUAWEI P60 Pro for themselves later this month.
