New AI Technology of Meta to tackle Harmful Contents on social media

As the number of harmful content and hate speech grows, so does the number of users on social media platforms. AI systems are needed to eliminate these growing harmful contents. However, it could take several months for AI systems to plan and delete such data and it will also take time to understand new content.

A Few-Shot Learner (FSL) has been set up to address these issues.  FSL allows you to review and filter out new Harmful Content within a week. FSL AI technology uses a few-shot learning system to gain a general understanding of various topics and to learn new things even with little or no data. Available in our 100 languages, and it will be able to learn different data from photos and text.

Other traditional AI models learn new things based on learning patterns while FSL uses the Learning to Learn method to explore new things.

Recent Few-Shot Learner (FSL) test results show that Harmful content and hate speech have been significantly reduced. The methods of filtering out harmful content are shown below.
