Mr. Kazuhiko MASUDA Spearhead the MPT-KSGM Joint Operations as New Deputy CEO Starting from April 2022

MPT-KSGM Joint Operations is pleased to announce the inauguration of Mr. Kazuhiko Masuda as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO), effective from 1st April 2022.

He Joined MPT-KSGM Joint Operations in April 2021 and has been serving as Advisor since then by supporting the outgoing Deputy CEO Dr. Noboru EDAGAWA for the operations of MPT-KSGM Joint Operations. With the aim to provide reliable and high-quality services including CLP services, lifeline telecom services, and non-telecom services, continuously to the people of Myanmar, the new Deputy CEO, Mr. Kazuhiko Masuda has a strong consumer business background to fulfill the requirements of the MPT’s nationwide customers.

Mr. Kazuhiko Masuda holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Musashi Institute of Technology and has over 30 years of professional experience in telecommunications and Consumer Business at KDDI Corporation (KDDI) in Japan and held various leadership roles in Planning, Management, and Consumer Business Areas throughout his career. Photo Source https://www.facebook.com/mptofficialpage

By taking the Deputy CEO position, Mr. Kazuhiko Masuda stressed that “I feel very honored to have this opportunity at MPT-KSGM JO as I believe the provision of reliable and high-quality telecom services to the people of Myanmar together with all our employees and partners are the utmost task I need to continue under the current situation. There are many challenges ahead of us but over 7 years of experience of in our collaboration and dedication will support our customers’ daily requirements in an excellent manner in this most competitive market. I am also excited to take part in this journey and hope to contribute my experiences to build on the Joint Operations’ commitment to “Together with MPT” by providing necessary support to the community and continuous provision of lifeline telecom services to the people of Myanmar in the difficult situations.”
