Digital health platform My-Medicine announces the launch of its “Hospital Booking and Wellness Package” feature, designed to enhance the patient experience in managing healthcare appointments. The feature allows patients to easily book hospital outpatient department (OPD) appointments, lab screenings packages and aesthetic packages online through a mobile mini app within KBZPay.

This feature simplifies the booking process, significantly reduces waiting times at hospitals and provides patients with a convenient and efficient healthcare experience. Patients can check real-time availability of doctors, select their desired services, and choose suitable time slots with just a few taps on their mobile phone. Automated reminders are sent via SMS or app notifications, helping to minimise missed appointments and ensure timely attendance.

The platform also offers secure payment integration with KBZPay, allowing patients to make payments for medical services and wellness packages conveniently and safely. Comprehensive support is available through kiosks and help desks at hospitals, clinics and laboratories, ensuring that patients receive assistance whenever needed.

Bookings can be made at hospitals and healthcare institutions such as:

• Hospital OPD Appointments: SML Medical & Diagnostic Center, Moc Moc Medical Aesthetic Center
• Wellness Package Bookings: Right Lab, Moc Moc  Medical Aesthetic Center

Booking an OPD Appointment

1. Access the Platform: Open the My-Medicine platform in the Life section of the KBZPay app.
2. Select OPD Appointments: Tap on OPD Appointments.
3. Choose Hospital/Doctor: Select the hospital or doctor you wish to consult.
4. View Available Slots: Check the available time slots for the selected doctor.
5. Select a Time Slot: Choose a convenient time slot for your appointment.
6. Enter Patient Details: Fill in the required patient information.
7. Review Appointment Details: Confirm the appointment details, including date, time, and doctor.
8. Receive Confirmation: Receive a confirmation notification for your booked appointment in KBZPay, along with an SMS notification.

Booking Wellness Packages

1. Access the Platform: Open the My-Medicine platform in the Life section of the KBZPay app.
2. Navigate to Wellness Packages: Tap on Wellness Packages.
3. Browse Available Packages: Explore the various health check-up packages and aesthetic packages.
4. Select a Package: Choose the desired lab screening or aesthetic package.
5. Add to Cart: Add the selected package to your cart for purchase.
6. Enter Patient Information: Provide the necessary patient details.
7. Review Order Details: Confirm the selected package and patient information.
8. Make Payment: Complete the payment process.
9. Receive Confirmation: Receive a confirmation notification for your booked appointment in KBZPay, along with an SMS notification.
