Computer sciences platform for Kids (Part-2)
Since the cognizance of computer science has branched out wider these days, likewise, artificial intelligence, Machine learning is being carried out internationally, Myanmar children need to understand the basic knowledge of computer science and be familiar with the programming. In other countries, the students usually start to learn computer science as a compulsory subject in middle school. Therefore, high school students can study HTML, CSS, JavaScript and already know well how to write a website.

The Platform about to be introduced now is „Tinkercad“. Tinker means attempting to improve something in a casual or desultory way, and the abbreviation of cap is „Computer Aid Program“. Therefore, Tinkercad means attempting to improve Computer Aid Program. Code org and MIT Scratch which were presented last week, are vouched as the perfect learning Platform. But Tinkercad could be interpreted as the best platform, from our point of view. Tinkercad is not only free to use but also can run as a 3D Modeling Program in Web Browser. Since Tinkercad is created by the old Google Engineer in 2011, it is pretty sure that Tinkercad is a modernized Learning Platform. Its official website is https://tinkercad.com.
Tinkercad becomes the children’s favorite because of its 3D Graphic Design. It mainly has two parts: 3D Designs and Circuits. In the 3D Design section, the children can create their own 3D shapes and enhance the children’s creativity. In-Circuit section, the children can study not only circuits but also Arduino from basic. In the basic of Arduino, the children can learn about the battery, Resistor, Wiring, and the structure of Arduino UNO.
