Facebook Policy Researches are Release during March 2020

The report about the effectiveness of social norms including the research about the effectiveness of Facebook policy has been released within October 2019-March, 2020. This report includes observations of 12 Facebook policies and 10 Instagram policies. It mentions facts for 4 policy fields of Instagram: hate speech, adult nudes and sexual harassment, violence, and the photos that are not suitable for public and attack and bully. The number of appeal users associating with the cases on Instagram for the first time and the number of editing and action-taking based on self-observation were shared in this report. The facts of trying to remove the hate speech spreading on Facebook and Instagram were also included in it.

The rate of advance search for hate speech improved to 8 points within two successive 4 weeks and 20 points within one year. As a result, the number of action-taken contents improved by 40% and improved 12 points more than the former last report. 1.5million contents were removed in the 4^th four weeks of 2019 and 1^st four weeks of 2020 and it is the first time sharing of the impacts of the bully on Instagram.
