GrabTaxiCall, a new service helping to book taxies anytime via phone call will be initiated.
It is reported that Grab, one of the top Online-to-Offline (O2O) platforms in Souteast Asia will
introduce a new service called GrabTaxiCall which will provide 24/7 day services to book taxies via its
call centre on 6 June, 2019. The introducing ceremony will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the
location of Grab Myanmar Office: Room No. (02), 7 floor, Crystal Tower near Junction Square, Kyun
Taw Street, Kamayut Township, Yangon on 6 June, 2019 (Thursday).

Grad tested GrabTaxiCall service starting from July, 2018 and provided services to book
GrabTaxi via phone call instead of Grab application for housewives, old people and those who do not use
smartphone. GrabTaxiCall users can not only gain the advantage of fixed fare and safety activities
providing from a normal Grab trip but also book 7 days earlier than your necessary trip schedule. In the
ceremony, U Soe Htike Htun, Head of Expansion of Grab Myanmar will explain details about
GrabTaxiCall service and how it will be helpful to those who need help from someone to travel from one
place to another. Moreover, the step-by-step process of booking a taxi via GrabTaxiCall will also be
illustrated.

Grab also introduced a new method called “Transfer instantly, Receive immediately” for its
partner drivers on 21 May, 2019 and in this method, Grab drivers can transfer instantly to their CB bank
accounts via Grab Driver Wallet in Grab application and withdraw easily from any nearest ATM needless
to wait for nomarl waiting time period, a day. It is a platform which can not only provide technical
products and services but also connect together with an intention to create opportunities to change and
develop for the improvement and development of Social, Economic and National communities.
