Curriculum links from KG to Grade 11 have been published for children who don’t go to school can study at home. This course is for Grade 8 students and will be beneficial for instructors and teachers.

The following can be made for the children who can attend the G8 Basic Education by the parents as the children who have passed the old G7 curriculum and have always been exposed to the old system education. Photo Source https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=559929708313445&id=100028892617574

(1) Reading

As G8 kids get older, make it a habit to read informational texts. Choose a reading time for the day in consultation with your child and parent. And the children need to share what they have learned with their parents.

(2) Writing

Practice the writing of your child depending on the topic with his or her imagination. Parents can also combine reading and writing.

(3) Making a schedule

Parents can also teach their children to draw a schedule for the day and how to follow it.

(4) Giving choices

Children will need to make good choices as they grow older.

(5) Listening to your child’s voice

When a parent has too many things to do for their child, the child may become overwhelmed. Thus, I would like you to listen to your child’s voice.

(6) Performance Appraisal

Everyone in every age wants to see and hear positive praises. So commend your child even if he or she is a little better.

(7) Exercise

Make time for physical activity as your child get older and less active.

(8) Let them learn others

Parents can teach things like KG G1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 as much as they can.

(9) Study by textbook

Parents can teach them with a textbook, 6/7 subjects. They can memorize difficult words from Poems for Myanmar Language. And let them read the passages and share them as much as they can remember. For the English Language, parents can purchase an old curriculum meaning book and let your child practice vocabulary, word form, and verb form by memorizing them. After memorizing the words, you may want to have the child read the paragraph in the context of the topic.

The theme of G8 Math 1 and 2 is as relevant as the child can remember, as it is often related to Math from the sixth grade of the old G7 system. Parents can also ask them to read science, geography, and history and share it as they understand it. Plus, ask them to write difficult spelling.

G8 is an older system and there is no textbook link for it. You can see the links from the KG to Grade 7 at the following link.
