Huawei rises to 45th place in BrandZ World Most Valuable Brands Ranking
Huawei is standing at 45th place in the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Brands issued by WPP and Kantar. It has achieved the rank of two places higher compared to last year with the brand value of USD 29.4 Billion (9% greater than last year).
As of 2020, it has been five successive years that Huawei has been included as one of the 50 most valuable brands worldwide. According to reports, the total value of world top brands increased by 5.9% compared to last year. Brands from the technological field have been included among the total value of world top brands for up to 15 years straight and representing 37% of the top 100 brands. Moreover, Huawei has been ranked at 6th place in the innovative companies list by a business consulting company called Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in which it stood only at 42nd place last year. BCG has rating criteria based on the survey from 2019 August to October. BCG evaluates a company’s performance from various points of view including global thinking, business perspective, industrial breakdown and value creation, etc. Huawei has gained the highest improvement among the top 50 companies and it is the highest rank achieved among Chinese companies.
