During the ceremony, Youth Voice Program from DVB News, U Toe Wai Aung, Myanmar ICT For Development Organization (Real or Not), DawPhyuPhyuThi and Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF), U Aung Thu Hein explained the purposes of this new TV program.
The M.I.L Kyi new TV had started broadcasting on DVB TV on 30 April 2019, and it would be presented in edutainment style for the viewer weekly on Tuesday at 7:15 pm.

To be improved the people’s informational knowledge, M.I.L Kyi TV program was transmitted, as per improve their knowledge, they could be able to analyze the false news and rumors on social media without believing easily, and no to be affected by those false things on the voters from the election period to post-election period of Myanmar.Media and informational knowledge sharing (IKS) program would be transmitted in 12 parts; each part has giving information, educating program, popularly told about on social media, the voice of youth- social media users, discussions with the specialists and professionals in the technology and I KS program, and puzzle programs.

This new TV program was presented by Youth Voice Program from DVB News and Myanmar ICT For Development Organization (Real or Not) and supported by Friedrich Naumann Foundation For Freedom (FNF). Shooting and video broadcasting was undertaken by DVB News Department and contents for the programs would be created and presented by Real or Not Program.
