JobNet.com.mm hosted a conference about HR and the choice of future staff during Digital century

The conference that was hosted by JobNet.com.mm about HR and the choice of future staff during Digital century hold in Yangon Novotel Hotel on 4th October 2019.

HR Directors, people who work in HR fields, Medias and over 400 people attended this conference. This is one of the conferences that support the leaders who have creativity for the improvement of the resources of Myanmar and the improvement of learning and the quality in the job process.

In the opening speech of the director of JobNet.com.mm, Matt De Luca, he shared over 4 million data which are recorded for the leadership such as the information for the improvement of the business field in Myanmar, the changes of GDP according to the report of JobNet which report in every three months, the risk of job applicants in most business, about the payment salary for the qualifiers concern with the job applies, how to use the technological advantages of the organization in Myanmar.

The director of JobNet.com.mm, Matt De Luca said that “I’m very proud of getting good results alongside in the meetings with HR professionals. The audience and the interests of the audience about the development of applying staff with HR always give surprise and impress to the speakers are the good results. Sooner or later, we have planned to make a conference like this conference including Myanmar Employer Award in December.”

In the first part of the conference, they talked about the digital trends around the world which depend on self-management and gathering new staff in Myanmar. In this conference, HR director, Ms. Rowena Sy from Unilever, vice founder, and manager of Singapore Professional Services Co., Ltd, Mr. Tony Tan, executive officer Mr. Vivek Bhargava from Grand Royal Group and Director from METRO Wholesale Myanmar, Alejandra Banegas discussed with the English language. They discussed about the right time for the promotion for their brand, job application with Digital system and using digital technology to reduce time requirement in the managing of the job appliers, improving the company to a better situation with the qualifiers by using digital systems and to get opportunities and to connect with the best job appliers with Digital technology quickly.

In the second part of the conference, they discussed with the Burmese Language to use and accept the leading role of Digital technology in HR to develop the business. The conference was discussed by Local professionals of HR Director, Mr. Nyan Toe from Max Group, HR professor, Mr. Maung Maung Soe Moe form AGD Bank, assistance officer, Mr. Myo Thet Naing from Myanmar Apex Bank, Executive officer, Ms. Pwint Phyu Han from City Holding Limited. They discussed about how to accept and use the tactic of inviting rookies by using HR system for HR professionals, how to convert HR to the Digital Century to improve the effective abilities of the job, how the ordinary HR system and Digital tactics effect on the Job process and how the market aids help HR teams to reach the target in a short period.
