MPT will only use E-invoice for Post-paid and FTTH services from January 2023
MPT introduced E-invoice system as part of its organization-wide effort to reduce the carbon footprint and convenience for its customers who are using post-paid and FTTH services since 2020.
Now with the further expansion of MPT’s efforts to the convenience of customers and carbon reduction, MPT will stop providing paper invoice for private (individual) customers from January 2023. In addition, customers can get invoice information through MPT4U and USSD (*260#) Channel. With the use of E-invoice, customers can enjoy 500 kyats discount per month for five consecutive months, with total 2,500 kyats will be discounted till end of December 2022. MPT customers can sign up to receive E-invoice by registering their information without paying charges at below channels:
(1) Register your update information to this link: https://www.mpt.com.mm/en/e-invoice-registration-en/
(2) Visit your nearest MPT’s payment collection counter (TRA/Commercial Office)
(3) Dialing to Call Center (106) for MPT users and 01-2399106 for non-MPTs users for registration
(4) Via MPT4U Application

After successful registration, the customer will receive an SMS or e-mail to confirm the preferred E-invoice distribution channel. MPT4U is a free MPT application available for Android and iOS users which allows customers to conveniently track their usage and expenses, pay their monthly bills and manage various services offered by MPT.
With the app, customers may also check their monthly invoices for the last six months and easily find and navigate to the nearest MPT shop, and other services.
With the E-invoice system, MPT customers can enjoy benefits such as receiving invoice earlier or on time monthly invoice by minimizing the physical delivery time, easy to check invoice, easy to save invoice at customer PC or mobile phone, easy to make payment and enjoy the promotion.

MPT Customers can also make the payment for E-Invoice through MPT PAY, I-Banking/ Mobile Banking of KBZ Bank, AYA Bank and CB Bank etc., for even more conveniences using the digitalized service. In addition to this, customers can make payment by showing E-invoice via SMS or e-mail at the payment counters such as MPT TRA, Post Offices or some agent collection channels.
