MPT, in Collaboration with Pun Hlaing Hospitals, Launches Free 24/7 Telehealth Hotline 2025 for Earthquake-Affected Areas
As part of its ongoing efforts to support communities impacted by the recent earthquake happened on March 28, MPT is proud to announce the launch of a free 24/7 Telehealth Hotline – 2025, in collaboration with Pun Hlaing Hospitals. This service aims to provide immediate and accessible health consultation support for individuals in affected regions including Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Sagaing, Magway, Bago (East and West), and Shan State (East, South, and North).
Many people in these regions are facing not only physical challenges but also emotional distress. In response, MPT’s CSR initiative will allow customers in the impacted areas to consult with qualified medical professionals at no cost, ensuring timely advice and required medical prescription during this critical period.
Starting 2nd May 2025, MPT customers with a GSM SIM card in the affected areas can dial 2025 to access free teleconsultations from certified doctors at Pun Hlaing Hospitals — anytime, day or night.
