For business owners running online shopping businesses in Yangon and Mandalay, One 2 One Delivery Services is a delivery provider worth knowing about.
One 2 One Delivery Services collects cash-on-delivery (COD) payments on behalf of online shop owners. COD payments are transferred to shop owners via AYA Bank or KBZPay (Kpay) every Tuesday and Friday each week. Alternatively, COD cash can be returned directly to the online shop every Monday.
The service currently offers home delivery within Yangon, Mandalay, and Sagaing. It delivers all kinds of consumer goods as well as perishable food items, provided they are securely packaged.

Within Yangon, items are delivered within 2 days (packages are picked up and delivered the following day for in-city addresses). Mandalay deliveries also arrive the day after pickup. For Yangon-to-Mandalay deliveries, packages currently arrive within 2 to 3 days of pickup.
Under the current arrangement, businesses that need a package picked up must request it before 10 a.m. each day. The service is closed every Sunday. If a recipient cannot be reached by phone, or if delivery is attempted three times without success, the package is returned to the online shop that submitted it, along with a notification, and no delivery fee is charged for the failed attempt.
