“At Ooredoo, we place special value on our customers, which is why we present them with genuinely valuable gold prizes. The ‘Chwin Chwin Chwin’ lucky draw was first introduced in November 2022, and through this program we have already awarded three 10-tical grand prizes and 21 monthly 5-tical prizes. We’re proud and delighted that the gold prizes from Ooredoo’s ‘Chwin Chwin Chwin’ lucky draw have helped so many individual Ooredoo customers across Myanmar realize their golden dreams,” said Daw Khin Myat Thu, Marketing Communications Director at Ooredoo Myanmar.

The six winners of the 5-tical gold prizes for August and September’s “Chwin Chwin Chwin” draw were selected and notified via a live broadcast on Ooredoo’s social media. At the award ceremony, the winners shared their heartfelt reactions to winning the gold prizes from Ooredoo’s “Chwin Chwin Chwin.”

Ko Nay Win, a taxi driver from Hpa-An and one of August’s winners, said, “When Ooredoo called and I found out I’d won the 5-tical gold prize, I told my family and we all listened to the call together. Everyone was so happy they jumped for joy. Now that I’ve won, I plan to donate some of it back to my community’s school as a way of giving back. I’m also planning to consult with the elders in my community about donating to other places in need.”

Similarly, Ko Khant Ko Ko, another winner from Ye Township for September, said, “I’ve been using an Ooredoo SIM for about 3 years now. When Ko Kaung Htet Zaw told me I’d won the prize, my wife picked up the phone and told me, and I was overjoyed. Since we’re not well-off, once I receive the prize, we’re likely to use it to buy a small plot of land for our family.”

Ooredoo Myanmar first launched its “Chwin Chwin Chwin” lucky draw promotion on November 1, 2022. Through this program, Ooredoo Myanmar has so far awarded three 10-tical grand prizes and 21 monthly 5-tical prizes.
