As part of its commitment to continuously delivering a better user experience, Rakuten Viber has introduced a new Comments feature to make it easier for members within its Communities to connect with one another. This will let members of Viber’s many communities have clearer, more organized conversations with each other.

With this new Comments feature, users can now write and read replies to each individual post more easily and clearly. Community members can leave comments on any message they like, and those comments won’t get mixed in with other messages. Each community also comes with Admin Controls, including the ability to decide who can comment. This lets Superadmins and Admins of each community allow comments on all messages through the Community Info Tab, or choose to disable comments on specific important messages if they prefer.
With this new Comments feature, Viber Communities that are continuously discussing a wide range of topics can now have clearer, more structured conversations. From shared hobbies to new product announcements, community members can now leave comments and share their thoughts on any topic they’re interested in. Members can post comments without sharing their phone numbers with others, and can also view all previous conversations, shared media, and files within the community.
