TrueMoney Appoints New Leaders to Advance Accessible Financial Services in Myanmar

TrueMoney, a leading financial services company in Southeast Asia, has announced the appointment of Khuon Frandara (Dara) as CEO of its Cambodia and Myanmar market group, and U Htun Htun Lin as Managing Director for Myanmar. Khuon Frandara (Dara), CEO of the Cambodia and Myanmar market group, is a Cambodian business executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She is widely recognized for her ability to build strong relationships, lead high-performing teams, and deliver innovative services tailored to market needs, with expertise spanning financial strategy, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation.

In her expanded role as CEO of the Cambodia and Myanmar market group, Khuon Frandara (Dara) will focus on strengthening collaboration between the two markets and improving TrueMoney’s operational performance, with an emphasis on delivering financial services to underserved communities.

U Htun Htun Lin, the newly appointed Managing Director for Myanmar, brings over 20 years of international experience in technology, finance, and corporate management. He has held senior leadership positions at prominent organizations in California and Myanmar, working primarily in fintech, digital payments, and banking. As part of Myanmar’s digital transformation, U Htun Htun Lin has been focused on expanding access to financial services and delivering solutions to communities that lack easy access to financial services.
