Khuon Frandara (Dara), CEO of the Cambodia and Myanmar market group, is a Cambodian business executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. In her expanded role as CEO of the Cambodia and Myanmar market group, Khuon Frandara (Dara) will focus on strengthening collaboration between the two markets and improving TrueMoney’s operational performance, with an emphasis on delivering financial services to underserved communities.

He has held senior leadership positions at prominent organizations in California and Myanmar, working primarily in fintech, digital payments, and banking. As part of Myanmar’s digital transformation, U Htun Htun Lin has been focused on expanding access to financial services and delivering solutions to communities that lack easy access to financial services.
