For fans of flagship smartphones who never miss out on the latest releases, Xiaomi has introduced the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. These are reportedly set to be the most affordable flagship phones Xiaomi has ever released. However, since they have so far only been introduced and sold in China, it’s not yet known when a global release will happen. Beyond their design, everyone is sure to be drawn in by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset built into the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro.

Xiaomi 13
The Xiaomi 13 has a 6.36-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, along with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and a color temperature sensor. On the camera side, the Xiaomi 13 is equipped with a 50MP main camera, a 10MP camera with native 3x zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. For the battery, its 4500mAh cell supports 67W fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and even 10W reverse wireless charging. The Xiaomi 13 also comes with Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. It has also earned IP68 certification, so it holds up well against dust and water. It will be available in Black, Light Green, Light Blue, Gray, and White.

Xiaomi 13 Pro
Like the 13, the Xiaomi 13 Pro doesn’t stray far from the formula. It’s equipped with the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, along with LPDDR5X memory and next-generation UFS 4.0 storage. The Xiaomi 13 Pro also comes with a 50MP triple camera setup. Its telephoto camera offers 50MP with up to 3x zoom, while the ultrawide camera also comes in at 50MP and supports macro shooting. One thing that does differ from the 13 is the battery, boosted to 4820mAh, supporting 120W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. Dolby audio support and IP68 certification remain unchanged. It will be available to order in four colors: White, Black, Green, and Light Blue.
