AGD Bank announces reopening of branches
Some of AGD Bank branches are reopened to give basic and essential banking services to its customers.
More branches will be opened every week and the Bank is trying to provide more banking services and the updated branches list will be announced at https://www.agdbank.com/news.
Moreover, the Bank will try to make all AGD ATMs available online and cash full. Regarding the available ATMs, the customers can search at AGD Bank’s website. AGD Bank is also requesting to give understanding if there is any inconvenience caused at this time.

The cash withdrawal functions are as follows:
(1) Individual: MMK 1 Million per week
(2) Corporate: MMK 10 Million per week
(3) ATM withdrawals: MMK 150,000 per day
(Remark: Starting from 21st April, we will offer Token System for the services available from Monday to Friday.)
The instruction for requesting service and getting the token is as follows:
(1) From 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., we will issue the tokens for the service offered period and the customers can come according to their requested time and can get the service on first-come-first-served basic
(2) The customers can enter as per the requested token period and they cannot enter in another time slot.
(3) The customers can get two banking services for one token.
(4) Offering token will be done 30 minutes before the Branch opens and the received token cannot be used the next day.
(5) Credit card and Loan Repayment services will be accepted during 1:30 pm. to 2:30 pm. without the token system and if the customers would like to get the service in the morning, they need to take the token. Photo Source https://www.facebook.com/AGDBank
