ATOM CEO, Muhammad Ziaullah Siddiqui, Wins APAC Insider 2023 CEO of the Year Award
ATOM is proud to announce that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Muhammad Ziaullah Siddiqui, is a recipient of the APAC Insider 2023 CEO of the Year Awards. He has been recognized as the “Most Impactful Telecommunications CEO 2023 in Myanmar” for his outstanding contributions to ATOM’s progress and achievements.
Mr. Muhammad Ziaullah Siddiqui is the first CEO of a Myanmar company to receive the APAC Insider CEO of the Year Award. The awards programme, held for the second year, recognizes CEOs from all industries operating within the Asia-Pacific region who demonstrate the use of innovative approaches alongside firm commitment and dedication.

Mr. Muhammad Ziaullah Siddiqui has played a pivotal role in ATOM’s success since its launch in Myanmar in June 2022. Under his leadership, ATOM has achieved numerous milestones, including the successful transition of all services to new vendors, the introduction of a new brand to resonate with and engage 18 million customers, providing the best 4.5G network in the country, and the development of the ATOM Store App, the most advanced telecom app serving customers’ telecom and lifestyle needs.
In addition, he has overseen the company’s effective workforce management to retain talents and develop a new workplace culture, community-focused initiatives which have uplifted people across Myanmar, and the development of new revenue streams by tapping on customer interests such as gaming, all while inspiring the ATOM workforce to overcome business challenges.
