Hotel Booking feature in the Grab App
Grab launched a new feature call Hotels that can make booking from Agoda and Booking.com which offer hotel and other accommodation plans. That’s why Grab users can now book over 2 million hotel rooms at a very affordable price.
Grab users in Myanmar can start using Hotel features before Christmas and New Year’s Holiday and booking prices can easily compare to booking over 2 million hotels, places, from the cheap hotel rooms to the apartments and resorts.

“According to our analysis, people in Myanmar like traveling around local and to foreign. Grab’s hotel booking service provides users more satisfy in booking at the hotel either staycation or in the upcoming holiday. It will be suited for families and youths in the workplace who often travel on weekends to find the cheapest accommodation. The Grab users who use Hotel features can find hotels within their budges from World’s top Booking Website and in addition, Grab users will also have a chance to get special pricing and discounts” said Cindy Toh, Country Head of Grab Myanmar.

Grab users in Yangon, Mandalay and Bagan will find a place for the Hotels features at the front page of the Application. When they enter, users can log in to their Agoda and Booking.com accounts and in addition, can also set up a new account for those who don’t have a Grab account yet. Moreover, it can check the following hotel lists in Agoda and Booking.com without leaving Grab Application and booking will be available directly from the hotels. Once the booking is completed, the confirmation mail will be sent to the user. Grab users will also get a special discount as a mark for the introduction of the Hotel Booking features.

The platinum user of Agoda Grab will get vouchers for up to US $ 10 for spending every minimum of US $ 100 booking hotels through the Grab App and Gold and Silver users can earn up to US $ 8. For this special program, it needs to stay before 30th June 2020 anywhere around the world and booking that are pre-ordering on December 31st, 2019 is available. Only once per user can participate in the special program.
