Are you a young person in this 21st century tech era with a passion for technology and a strong entrepreneurial spirit? A hackathon competition for young people who love building modern apps and websites is coming up soon. A hackathon is a technology competition where tech enthusiasts form teams and compete to build innovative web apps, software, and other applications.
The upcoming “New Next Hackathon 2023” is being organized by New Next University. The competition’s theme is “Digital Entrepreneurship & Innovation,” with the goal of having participants explore emerging technologies and new ideas, and compete to find innovative solutions to future problems as digital entrepreneurs.

Since the hackathon requires participants to use their entrepreneurial spirit to build innovative digital products, it’s a great tech-and-entrepreneurship competition for anyone interested in technology and innovation who wants to showcase their skills.
As part of the opportunities on offer, participants will get to learn from the experience and knowledge of industry experts, build a network with like-minded peers, and gain the hands-on experience needed to start out as a digital entrepreneur.
Along with the rules for the New Next Hackathon 2023, the prizes on offer are listed below.
Rules
(1) The idea must be a business idea, based on your own concept and experience, that can benefit society.
(2) It must be your own original creation.
(3) The idea or creation must not have been entered into a competition before.
(4) You must be able to build an actual product (it must be a Minimum Viable Product).
(5) You must be able to participate for both full days.
(6) A team must have at least 3 members, and you can either form your own team or be assigned one by NNU.

Prizes
1st Prize – 1,000,000 kyats + 100% New Next University Scholarship (MBA worth 1,000 USD, plus NCC and full ABE)
2nd Prize – 700,000 kyats + 50% New Next University Scholarship
3rd Prize – 500,000 kyats + 50% New Next University Scholarship
Those who want to take part in the hackathon can apply through the registration form by the deadline of May 13.
