Ooredoo Myanmar extends its free telecom services support to cyclone mocha affected rakhine state till 31st May
Ooredoo Myanmar announced the extension of its free telecmo servcies support to the people of Rakhine State, which was hith hard by the Cyclne Mocha, till Maly 31st, 2023.
Communications is very during and post-period of the storm to keep connected with family and friends, to get update information online and to perform rescue and relief works for the affected communities so that Ooredoo extends its Free provision of Ooredoo to Ooredoo unlimited calls, SMS and 5GB data till 31st May 2023.
Ooredoo Myanmar supported with unlimited free calls, SMS & the internet since 14th May, when the Cyclone Mocha entered Rakhine till 16th May. Due to more communications requirements to support the people of Rakhine, we are extending the free services till the end of May.
Through Ooredoo’s free offers, the people in Rakhine State can communicate with the loved ones as well as it will be very useful for the local charitable organizations to communicate for the rescue and relief works.
We will continue our supports for what is most needed in the cyclone affected areas. We are together with Myanmar people and will continue to support our best to overcome the challenging times.
