Once the service order form has been confirmed, the Ooredoo sales team will be contacting customers and start setting up the fiber at their homes. In order to complete the contract process, home users need to provide their NRC / Passport copy and business users need to provide a business registration license. Customers will receive a monthly invoice with details of the payable amount and due date via SMS and email on their registered mobile numbers or email addresses. For the payment process, Ooredoo Myanmar has enabled multiple payment options (as below), allowing the customers to conveniently settle the respective payments including Ooredoo Branded Stores.
