Independent analysts from a Great Place to Work® Institute have assessed the workplace culture and experience of Ooredoo Myanmar employees through The Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey which measures 5 different dimensions: Credibility-measuring the extent to which employees see management as credible, Respect—measuring the employees’ feeling of being respected by the management, Fairness—measuring the employees’ perception toward the fairness of practices and policies by the management, Pride—measuring employees’ sense of pride in their work and Camaraderie—measuring the employees’ sense of camaraderie in the workplace.
