OPPO has celebrated its 18th anniversary, which falls on September 17.
To mark its 18th anniversary and deepen its connection with users, OPPO introduced new online and offline services and features aimed at enhancing the customer experience, as follows.

(1) OPPO Global Community
The OPPO Global Community officially launched on September 17. It was created as an ecosystem where anyone can join, letting OPPO engage and interact with all its users, and enabling long-term sharing not just with OPPO but among users themselves.
The Community will also serve as a hub for various programs, including the OPPO Product Ambassadors Program, which gives users the chance to experience OPPO’s latest products and innovations ahead of everyone else; the O-Chat Open Forum, where users worldwide can freely discuss OPPO’s products and technology; and the OPPO Lifesetter program, which invites users to share their own life stories to inspire others.
Through the Community, OPPO will also gain a more effective channel to connect directly with users, gather practical feedback on products and services, and better understand the needs of users around the world.
(2) OPPO Inspiring Service Week
To mark OPPO Service Day, held from the 10th to the 12th of every month, OPPO will offer exclusive perks at more than 900 service centers across 24 countries and regions. These perks include discounts on device repair services, free disinfection services, and more.

This year, OPPO Service Day is being expanded into OPPO Inspiring Service Week, running from September 10 to 17 at more than 320 service centers across 21 countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, including Myanmar. During OPPO Inspiring Service Week, anyone bringing a device in for service at an OPPO Service Center will receive discounts on smartphone repair products and accessories, along with free labor, a free phone screen cover, free software upgrades, and free maintenance checks.
