Telenor Myanmar launches several innovative educational value added services via ‘Toe Tat – Learn to Grow’ Education Platform
With the intention to provide the users with more benefits of being connected and to
encourage them with the convenient accessibility of learning on mobile, Telenor Myanmar today introduced ‘Toe Tat – Learn to Grow’ education platform through which several innovative educational value-added services; will be offered to the students and youths across Myanmar.
‘Toe Tat’ will be delivered in collaboration with 4 partners; MONO Technology Myanmar, TMAM Limited, ConceptX and 360ed (Visioneering Learning) and the signing ceremony was held today at Sule Shangrila Hotel together with invited guests and media.

As first phase of the partnership, ‘Toe Tat’ will deliver two new educational VAS services; Grade 11 exam practice SMS services and language learning interactive voice response.
With the aim to connect the educational contents platform with no boundaries for learning, Grade 11 exam practice SMS services will help the students to learn their lessons from their mobile. The customers will easily be able to choose the subjects which they preferred to subscribe; Myanmar, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Economy by sending [MYAN or EN or BIO or CHEM or PHYS or ECO and then ON] to 6622 which will only cost 315 Kyats per 7 days (inclusive tax) for each subject subscription. (For eg, if you want to subscribe Myanmar, you only need to send MYAN ON to 6622, 315 Kyats will be charged from your main account balance and you will receive the contents for Myanmar subjects for 7 days).

Upon the successful subscription, the users will receive 2 SMS per day (9 AM and 3 PM) which will include True/False, Multiple Choice and Fill in the blank together with questions and answers for their subscribed subjects.Each and every content has been developed by its internal team of language professionals and subject matter experts, in cooperation with selected Grade 11 teachers individually assigned to each subject. The sources are the official and publicly available textbooks, which are referred as the sources of the countrywide examination. Each and every content has gone through an eight to twelve phases development process to ensure the best logic, interpretation, and knowledgeable content.
In addition to exam practice contents for Grade 11, Telenor Myanmar has also introduced the voice-based mobile learning service called Language Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for those customers who are interested in exploring foreign languages in the most convenient and easiest ways at any time. Currently, the customers can learn vocabulary, daily usage and grammar for four languages; English, Thai, Korean and Japanese.

Upon the successful subscription, the customers can dial to direct code for each language at any time without any extra charges to enjoy the service benefits. The users will be able to dial the code for unlimited time during seven days to listen to the provided lessons. The contents will be refreshed every week so that the users will be able to learn a new set of lessons weekly. The direct dialing code for each language is as below; English: 3071, Thai: 3072, Korean: 3073, Japanese: 3074.
Alternatively, Telenor users can also call 307 and subscribe to their preferred language IVR service.

Once the service is subscribed, the subscription will be charged with annual subscription with weekly installment payment method until the customers unsubscribe the service. To unsubscribe Grade 11 Exam Practice SMS Services, the customers only need to send [MYAN or EN or BIO or CHEM or PHYS or ECO and then OFF] depending on the subject/s they want to unsubscribe.
Similarly, the customers may only need to dial anytime to the *979*3*2# to unsubscribe the language learning IVR services.
