MPT has recently noticed scammers impersonating the MPT brand, or using MPT phone numbers, to send SMS messages to phone users, claiming they’ve won cash prizes or lottery gifts and inviting them to get in touch for gambling purposes. MPT would like to respectfully inform customers and the public that it has absolutely no involvement in sending such SMS messages whatsoever.
MPT would also like to inform customers in advance that when notifying winners of its promotions by phone, MPT will only ever call from its official phone number, 09-444222224. Since MPT does not notify winners through other channels such as email or SMS, if you receive an email or SMS asking you to claim a cash prize or lottery gift, it is likely a scam. Please do not share any personal or financial details in response.
