Wepozt Delivery in Myanmar: What the App Does Now, and What We Could Verify

We first covered Wepozt in September 2021, when it was a newly promoted parcel-delivery app. Five years later, people are still searching for it, so this page has been rewritten from scratch. The short answer to the question most readers arrive with: yes, the app is still live and actively maintained — both store listings show updates in August 2026. What we could not confirm is the current price list, the township coverage, or the cash-on-delivery payout terms. We say so below instead of repeating 2021 figures.

What Wepozt is

Wepozt describes itself, in its App Store listing, as a door-to-door delivery service in Myanmar that was established in early 2020, with its head office in Tamwe Township, Yangon. The same description says the company has 26 branches and serves 210 cities. These are the company’s own, undated claims. A separate company profile on the JOIM job platform (a member profile dating from January 2022) gives a different figure of 52 branches, so treat any branch count as self-reported and unverified.

Addresses also differ between listings — Tamwe Township in the App Store text, a different Yangon street address on the Google Play developer page, and South Okkalapa on the JOIM profile — so we are not printing one. If you need to reach the company, the Google Play listing publishes a support email: contact@wepozt.com.

Is the app still active? Yes

This was the most important thing to check, because many Myanmar apps we have revisited in this series have simply disappeared from the stores. Wepozt has not. What we saw in September 2026:

  • Google Play (package com.hhbb.logistics): listed as “Wepozt” by Wepozt Ltd., 100K+ downloads, rated 3+, last updated August 7, 2026. The latest release notes mention optimized order-sharing (direct copying of order links) and changes to the item-note logic on the shipping page.
  • Apple App Store (id1545929934): listed as “Wepozt — Myanmar express service,” free, iPhone only, version 1.9.2 released August 14, 2026. Languages: English, Burmese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

The App Store version history is the more revealing record. It shows 24 releases between August 20, 2025 (version 1.6.9) and August 14, 2026 (version 1.9.2). Before that, the previous release was 1.6.8 in December 2024, a gap of about eight months. On August 26, 2025, the developer announced an “all-new version” with a fully redesigned interface, a reworked parcel-sending flow and a new international forwarding feature. In other words, the app was substantially rebuilt about a year ago rather than left alone.

What the app appears to do today

We did not test the app; the list below comes from the developer’s own release notes on the App Store and Google Play. Read it as a description of what the developer says it has built:

  • Sending parcels through a redesigned shipping page, with an oversized-order confirmation reminder (added March 2026) and volume-based billing checks.
  • Cash on delivery (COD): a merchant home screen whose statistics were revised in October 2025 to show today’s shipments, this month’s shipments, today’s COD and today’s shipping fees, plus an adjustment to the COD collection logic (December 2025).
  • Billing tools for merchants: billing-period and settlement-date filters, in-app PDF bills, and exports that email both PDF and Excel attachments (June 2026).
  • Payout to receiving accounts, with support for MMQR receiving accounts added in December 2025.
  • Cross-border and forwarding features: an international forwarding function (August 2025), delivery-time and insurance options on the declaration page, and support for Thailand–Myanmar transit routes (November 2025).
  • Printing: a print list for order labels, replacing the older scan-and-print pages (October 2025).

The App Store page also lists a separate app, “WeStaff,” described as being for Wepozt’s staff, under the same developer. The App Store names the developer as Silk Road Cloud Bridge Co., Ltd., while Google Play names Wepozt Ltd. (with WEPOZT COMPANY LIMITED on the developer page). The WeStaff listing suggests the two names belong to the same operation, but we did not verify the corporate relationship.

What we wrote in 2021, and what we can and cannot confirm now

The original version of this page made several practical claims. Here is where each stands:

  • “Wepozt collects money in the township and transfers cash within 72 hours.” This was a 2021 statement. We could not find a current published settlement period. The 2025 release notes show that the COD logic and the receiving-account options have changed since then (including MMQR), so do not assume the 2021 timeline still holds. Ask for the current terms before you ship anything on COD.
  • The 2021 list of restricted items (non-standard food items, gold, money, jewelry, fragile and perishable goods, and anything not permitted by law). We could not check whether this list is unchanged, so we are not repeating it as current. Check it in the app or with customer service before sending anything unusual.
  • Township coverage and prices. The 2021 page pointed to a price and township list. We could not find a current public rate card or township list on any page we could load, and the company’s Facebook page could not be read by our tools. Every price we might quote would be a guess, so we are not quoting any.
  • The tutorial video and Facebook links from 2021. We could not verify that they still work and have removed them.

How to get the app safely

Search results for “Wepozt” include several third-party APK mirror and download sites alongside the stores. A parcel and payout app is a poor thing to install from an unofficial copy, so use the official stores:

Note that the two stores show different developer names, as described above. If you are unsure you have the right app, the package ID (com.hhbb.logistics) and the App Store ID (1545929934) are the identifiers to match.

Our view: it looks built for online sellers, and that changes how you should use it

Reading the release notes together, the direction is clear. The 2021 pitch was a simple app for sending goods across Myanmar. The 2025–2026 updates are dominated by things a casual sender rarely needs — COD dashboards, settlement-date filters, bill exports, print lists, forwarding declarations and cross-border transit routes. That reads like a logistics tool aimed at online shops and traders, especially those moving goods between Thailand and Myanmar. That is a reasonable business direction, and it matches how much of Myanmar’s retail has moved onto Facebook and Viber selling. It is our interpretation, not something the company states.

It also raises the stakes of one detail. With COD, the courier holds the buyer’s money before it reaches you. The public evidence on how reliably Wepozt handles this is thin: the Singapore App Store page shows a 3.8 average from only 9 ratings, and its one written review, from September 2021, is negative and complains about tracking and reachability by phone. A handful of ratings and one five-year-old review is not enough to judge the company either way, and the 100K+ Google Play downloads suggest a large user base whose experience we could not read directly. Our practical advice for sellers:

  • Read the recent reviews on Google Play yourself, and weigh them against the number of downloads.
  • Start with a few low-value parcels before moving your main COD volume over.
  • Get the settlement period, the fee schedule and the lost-parcel compensation terms in writing (a message or email is enough) before you rely on them.
  • Keep your own record of every waybill number and delivery status; do not depend on a single tracking screen.

For another domestic option we have looked at, see our page on Myanmar Fast Express, which had a similar verification problem: a service that clearly exists, with limited public detail.

FAQ

Is Wepozt still operating in 2026?

The app is: Google Play shows an update on August 7, 2026, and the App Store shows version 1.9.2 on August 14, 2026. We cannot independently verify the size of its network or how well it delivers today.

How much does Wepozt charge?

We could not find a current public rate card. The release notes refer to volume-based billing checks and an oversized-order confirmation, which suggests that parcel size affects the price, but that is our reading, not a published rule. Use the in-app quote or ask customer service.

How do I track a Wepozt parcel?

Our 2021 version of this page said the app supported tracking, and a 2021 App Store review refers to a tracking function too. The current release notes do not clearly describe a parcel-tracking feature, and we found no standalone public tracking website we could verify. Check inside the app, and keep your waybill number handy in case you need to ask customer service directly.

Does Wepozt offer cash on delivery?

The release notes mention COD collection, a COD figure on the merchant home screen, and payouts to receiving accounts including MMQR. The 2021 claim of payout within 72 hours to KBZ, CB, AYA, KPay or WavePay accounts is not something we could confirm as current.

Is Wepozt available for both Android and iPhone?

Yes. Google Play (100K+ downloads) and the App Store (iPhone only, iOS 15.6 or later) both carry it. The App Store version supports English, Burmese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

How do I contact Wepozt?

The Google Play listing publishes contact@wepozt.com as its support email. Company addresses vary between listings, so confirm before visiting a branch.
