To make things more convenient for Samsung fans across Myanmar, Samsung Myanmar has introduced a new “Trade-in” program. Under this Trade-in service, customers can hand in any old phone they’re using and get a discount toward a designated new Galaxy A Series smartphone — great news for Galaxy A Series fans.
Customers can bring their old phones to Samsung showrooms and phone retailers with Samsung staff, where the trade-in value will be assessed. Customers can then pay the remaining balance, after deducting the value of their old phone, to get a new Galaxy A23, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A73 (5G), or Galaxy A53 (5G) — with a Trade-in discount applied on top.

On top of the trade-in value, Samsung Myanmar will also provide an additional Trade-in discount of 70,000 kyats for customers buying a new Galaxy A23 or Galaxy A33, and 100,000 kyats for those buying a new Galaxy A73 (5G) or Galaxy A53 (5G) — letting customers get their hands on a modern new Galaxy A Series smartphone while saving money.
Commenting on the “Trade-in” program, Ko Zar Ni Win Htet, Head of MX Business Group at Samsung Myanmar, said: “We’re always working to make sure Samsung fans have a smooth experience with everything related to our products. We’ve run trade-in programs like this before for our flagship smartphones and select Galaxy A Series phones, but this is the first time we’re accepting any old smartphone as a trade-in. Samsung fans can now pick whichever of our latest Galaxy A Series phones they like best — Galaxy A23, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A73 (5G), or Galaxy A53 (5G) — and get it at a lower price with the Trade-in discount, which is something to be happy about. We’ll keep working to bring more programs like this that benefit our customers going forward.”
