The Galaxy S Series is one of Samsung’s most popular smartphone lines. Even with over a month still to go before its expected release, the upcoming Galaxy S23 has already leaked.
According to the leaked images of the Galaxy S23 Series, the S23 Ultra looks little different from the already-released S22 Ultra, while the S23 shows some changes to its camera layout. Beyond that, design changes appear to be minimal. In terms of color, the Galaxy S23 Series is expected to come in Pink/Purple as well as a unique green shade. Last year’s Galaxy S22 Series used light pink for the S22 and S22+, and a deep green for the Ultra.

According to further details that have emerged, the Super AMOLED displays used across all three Galaxy S23 devices are said to support up to 1,750 nits of brightness. While the S22 launched with a 3,700mAh battery, the S23 is said to come with a 3,900mAh battery instead. However, the charging system isn’t expected to change, remaining at 25W. The S22+’s 4,500mAh battery is expected to grow to 4,700mAh in the S23+. The S23 Ultra, meanwhile, is expected to keep the same 5,000mAh battery as before. Both the Plus and Ultra models are reportedly set to use a 45W charging system.
With Gorilla Glass Victus+ and an IP68 rating, the phones should hold up well against dust and water. They’re also said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of storage options available. For security, an improved ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is also reportedly included.
