ATOM creates opportunity to deliver innovative Technology Trainee Program (TTP) to Myanmar youth to make them industry-ready

ATOM launches an innovative skill development training program called the Technology Trainee Program (TTP) for youths from IT and Technology backgrounds in Myanmar on August 29.

The duration of this training program is one year, and it aims to contribute to the local community by upgrading the skillsets of the youth, making them more industry-ready as they prepare for their future careers.

Since the TTP’s objective is to level up the skills and abilities of the youth in Myanmar, fresh-graduates, senior university students, and entry-level professionals (with about 2 years of experience) are encouraged to join this program. Photo Source https://www.atom.com.mm/my

In this training program, participants will learn the latest technical skills, IT-related professional skills, and even the work culture of Myanmar’s leading telecom operator, ATOM.

“Digital and augmented reality has become part of our way of life and is bound to stay for the future. As such, the demand for digital skills is increasing globally, and Myanmar is also no exception. We are committed and determined to groom and nurture young Myanmar talents through the Technology Trainee Program to develop and enhance their digital skillsets,” said U Kyaw Min Thein, Chief Human Resources Officer of ATOM.

During the training, the participants will meet ATOM’s proficiently experienced colleagues and have the change to closely learn from them while working on assignments and projects within a team or individually. The participants will be able to showcase their progress and work through quarterly presentations. Before completion, there will be a final evaluation where successful participants will be provided with a certificate of completion. Outstanding participants will have a chance to become full-time employees at ATOM. Photo Source https://www.atom.com.mm/my
