Grab selects and awards its Partnership Business who provided the good contribution in 2020

Grab selected and offered the prizes with 10 categories to the partnership business that provided the good contributions within the consumer and food deliveries Bikers in 2020.

The first category, Big Heart Award was won by “AMay Eain” restaurant, the second category, Local Hero Award was won by The District Coffee Lounge, 5-Stars Merchant Award was won by Seoul Chicken, Most Loved by Bikers (YGN) Award was won by Lotteria, Most Loved by Bikers (MDY) award was won by SP Bakery, Green Merchant Award was won by Café Salween, COVID-19 Safety Award was won by The Pizza Company, Mandalay Merchant of the Year Award was won by Sanda May (79th Street), Digital Rising Star Award was won by J’Donuts and GrabMart Merchant of the Year Award was won by Beauty & Me respectively. Photo Source https://www.facebook.com/GrabMM/

In every type of those awards, separate assessments are included and during the waiting time, the owner of Amay Eain restaurant, Daw Cho Cho who wins Big Heart Award for providing the waiting place and snacks to the Bikers, said “I am pleased to get the love back as I give love. This is the benefit of caring the GrabFood Bikers as my own children by offering drinks and preparing food in accordance with the situation.”

Amay Eain restaurant joined the GrabFood platform in March 2020 and it is one of the Local Heroes Shops Group on the GrabFood Page of Grab Application.

GrabFood service is launched in Yangon in November 2019 and after a few months, it is launched in Mandalay in July 2020. As of today, Grab has helped over 1,500 shops of the Partners business selling online and enabling them to use the technology platform and technology helps of Grab directly helping to make the awareness of their products. The Shop In-Charge of the Local Hero Award winner, The District Coffee Lounge, that got the highest sales with the best ranking within 6 months, Ma Ei Ei Win said, “The reason of increasing in sales is because of Local Heroes Campaign and Promotion plans of GrabFood’s support for the local restaurants like ours. Half of total sales is from the GrabFood orders.” She added that they always prepare to get the customers’ satisfaction by making products available whenever the customer orders and more than that, the Bikers’ service of delivering food quickly with freshness without any delay makes the customers’ satisfaction and give good ratings.

Out of 10 types of award, the winner of Most Loved by Bikers (YGN), Lotteria’s Manager said that they build a good relationship with the Bikers and prepares not to delay the order time as much as possible and negotiate and cooperate if any issues happen.

“The Bikers’ support is very important. They are not only the essential bridge between consumers and us but also the front of us. The consumers will not order if their relationship with the bikers is not good.
