KBZPay level 1.5 and level 2 users from Yangon, Mandalay, and Nay Pyi Taw can now get branch appointments with KBZPay without needing to queue at the branch. Customers can schedule the appointment by checking the available services of the branch through the application. After making the appointment, the customers need to take the screenshot and bring it to the branch on the scheduled date and time.
