In a Google Play review from July 2026, one user described being “required to visit a KPay Center at least three times” to get a suspended account reactivated — the kind of in-person troubleshooting the center network exists to handle, for better or worse.

Five years is a long time for individual branch-level details to stay unchanged, and we would rather say so plainly than leave 2021 information standing in as if it were current. KBZPay maintains a center list on its own site, but it loads as an interactive tool rather than a plain page we can extract text from — we confirmed this again in September 2026, and a wrong address is worse than none. What we could not independently confirm is whether cash-out specifically at KBZPay Centers still requires that same booking step referenced in the 2021 announcement above.
