Myanmar Citizens Bank has introduced a home loan program for those who want to own a house.
With a down payment of 30% of the value of your house, apartment, condo, land to build a house or a house that needs to renovate, you can get a loan and buy a house.

A loan amount minimum of 200 Lakhs and a maximum of 5,000 lakhs is available with the loan term from 7 years to 15 years.
If you are a salaried person or have a regular monthly income then you are eligible to apply for the MCB Home Loan and pay only 10% interest.
