Mytel launches innovative MyID Idea Contest

Mytel launches an exciting user experience survey and an idea-sharing program called “MyID Idea Contest” where MyID users can give feedback and suggestions that they will improve the features and services aiming to provide a better version of the app for its users.

In order to take part in this program, users have to complete the “MyID Idea Contest (bit.ly/MyIDSurvey)” form with open feedback for MyID’s improvement at Mytel Myanmar Official Facebook Page and Mytel Myanmar User groups. Mytel is always actively listening and learning as much as possible from customers and is ready to embrace new ideas such as adding new features and functions, introducing new packages, contents, and so on.  All participants can freely give their suggestion by clearly describing the following information in their response.

Out of all responses, the top 10 ideas will be screened and selected by MyID Team.  The ideas that passed the first round will be presented to the public for users votes. The best and most liked ideas that pass these steps is to win the prizes. In cases where the ideas are the same or similar, MyID team will consider the users who submitted the form first and fill the form completely with detailed facts as the owner of the idea.

The survey will be available for users to be filled out from November 10, 2020, to November 17, 2020.  Mytel will announce the final winners on November 30, 2020, at its official Facebook page.

Each selected contestant will receive the following prizes. The prizes for the order of the highest number of votes are 200,000 MMK each for Top 1st – 5th Most Voted Idea, and 100,000 MMK each for Top 6th – 10th Most Voted idea. Photo Source https://www.facebook.com/mytelmyanmar
