The OPPO A78, a new A series smartphone from world-leading smartphone brand OPPO, is now available for purchase nationwide in Myanmar at MMK 849,900. The OPPO A78 comes with 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging, a large 5000 mAh battery, an FHD+ AMOLED display, in-display fingerprint unlock, and ColorOS 13.1, and is engineered to run smoothly for up to four years. The OPPO A78 is available in two colors, Aqua Green and Mist Black, and buyers will receive an OPPO shoulder bag as a gift.

The OPPO A78 comes with 67W SUPERVOOC fast-charging technology that saves users time, with a full charge taking just 45 minutes. It also has a long-lasting 5000 mAh battery, so users can go longer between charges, plus a Battery Health Engine that doubles battery lifespan, so even after four years of use, the battery still retains 80 percent of its capacity. The OPPO A78 has also passed IP54 testing for resistance to damage from dust and water splashes, as well as USB charging cable insertion and removal. According to OPPO’s rigorous lab testing results, the phone will continue running smoothly without slowdown or lag even after 48 months of use.

The OPPO A78 features a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED punch-hole display for excellent picture quality, with a 90Hz screen refresh rate for smooth, responsive use. On the audio side, it’s equipped with dual stereo speakers and an Ultra Volume Mode that boosts volume up to 300%, so users can hear clearly even in noisy environments.

For added convenience, the OPPO A78 uses an advanced in-display fingerprint unlock system, letting users unlock the phone instantly just by placing a finger on the screen. The fingerprint sensor’s position on the display has also been designed for smoother, more convenient unlocking. The phone supports up to five different fingerprints for unlocking, as well as facial recognition.
For storage, the OPPO A78 comes with 8GB of RAM, expandable by another 8GB for up to 16GB of RAM performance, along with 256GB of ROM, giving users ample storage for their data. It’s also powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, which helps conserve battery while letting apps run more lightly. The OPPO A78 runs OPPO’s latest ColorOS 13.1, which includes a Background Stream feature letting users watch YouTube videos in the background while using other apps.
