In the first part of the Conference, Mr. Zhai Meng; CEO of Unilink and Mr. Chao Wen Zhu from Emerald Bay started the opening speech. Mr. Zhai Meng has brief the development of Unilink since 2015 and how they gained 200k Online Customers in a short time because of the continuous support from their customers, and how they connect the main cities in Myanmar using BackBone Fiber Network communication and how they are planning to expand and connect more than 60 main cities using current 12 main cities in the future.
In the second part of the Conference, new application named Unistores App was published for the first time and explained more about how they added and improved more services such as by using Unilinkstores, Customer service can be improved by using Digital Technology and it can help reduce the troubles of losing paperwork in the previous manual system. Furthermore, to give the organization and customer satisfaction and privacy, more stable and faster “Fiber to the Desk” yearend plan which includes 3 main categories and to honor the Customers support, Unlink’s Package Plan (ShalPyone FTTH-10M=1500USD, ETP-100M=15000USD) was also introduced.
