Only 300,000 Kyats can be withdrawn per day from your Wave Pay Account
Wave Money announced that the cash-out amount from Wave Pay Account and the transfer amount of money to Yoma Bank linked to your Wave Pay account has been changed to 300,000 Kyats per day starting from 7 March 2021, according to the provisional directive of the Central Bank of Myanmar.
In February 2021, Wave Money was suspended due to an internet outage, and its now back to normal. Due to the network disruptions in the country, there have been delays in providing financial services through Wave Money outlets and Wave Pay applications starting from 7:30 AM, 1st February 2021. In addition, the cash-out service and WavePay application operations were shut down due to the network maintenance and according to the telecommunications directives in 6 and 7 February 2021.

Wave Money has also released telephone numbers to contact Wave Money customer service for service assistance. Telenor customers can contact 900 and other operators at 09790009000. In addition, Wave Money and WavePay users will be able to contact Wave Money on Facebook and Messenger at the 24-hour service numbers listed above.
The information and services about Wave Money will be displayed in real-time through the WavePay Application or call center.
It is important to note that the Wave Money Facebook Page is a real Wave Money Facebook page only if it has a blue mark next to it.
Wave Money also states not to share your PIN number, OTP number, secret number, and other personal information with anyone, and Wave Money customer service staff have also stated that they do not ask for customer information or personal information.
